Choosing a consulting mission means having me at your location for 1 hour, 2 hours, 5 hours, or more—without obligation—to enhance your boutique’s interior at minimal cost with advice on layout, design, and merchandising.
The exciting aspect of retail design is that it must not only be functional and pleasant but also attract, retain, and drive sales! Merchandising encompasses operational techniques in sales, design, advertising, and marketing. It’s a powerful tool:
– How do you arrange your space and present your merchandise to create impulse buying?
– How can you optimize your shelving, increase the average basket size, and convert more visitors into customers?
– What can you do to make your window display so enchanting that it draws people inside?
Merchandising applies to all retail businesses; it’s not just reserved for furniture giants like IKEA!
When designing a public space (ERP), there are strict regulations to follow: the area must be accessible to persons with reduced mobility (PMR). This includes not only wheelchair users but also children, individuals with mental disabilities, visually impaired people, and pregnant women.
All aspects must comply with specific fire safety standards and ensure proper evacuation for everyone. Public spaces are subject to regular inspections.
I take all these regulations into account when designing project plans and the layout of a professional space. I will also handle the submission of your construction permit to the town hall on your behalf. This submission must include the plans and accessibility and safety documentation. The approval process involves a committee review and typically requires a four-month wait.
Today, it’s increasingly important to stand out from your competitors. How can you achieve this? More advertising? More products? Perhaps, but first and foremost, you need to impress visitors with impeccable presentation—an image designed to resonate with your target audience. You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.
If you choose a design service, we will explore the best ways to engage and impact your customers. I will build on your existing graphic identity and transform your spaces to create a strong, unique, and personalized identity. You will be able to select and validate your design book from several proposals for colors and materials. If you don’t have an existing graphic identity, I can also offer to design your logo and all the components of your future brand.
For an individual, it will be a beautiful bookshelf. For you, the professional, it will be a piece designed specifically for your business. Whether it’s a reception counter, a bar counter, or any other custom-made element, you won’t find anything in stores that truly meets your needs.
Custom solutions are your only option. You will design a piece that is both aesthetic and functional, tailored to meet your specific requirements. It doesn’t cost much more, but it will make a real difference.

The DOE (Executed Works File) is a comprehensive document that includes the plans of the completed project, as well as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC plans. It also consolidates all structural and material elements that comprise your premises, with all technical datasheets cataloged.
This file serves several purposes. First, it is an essential tool for maintenance, especially when managing remote agencies or large buildings. There’s no need for you to travel; everything is in the file. Additionally, it saves time during renovations: you already have the plans and the location of conduit passages, so there’s no need for probing; you’re on familiar ground.
For the more innovative projects, consider having your model created in BIM, and your DOE will be visual, 3D, and digital!
