The consultation visit is brief and non-binding. Here’s how it works: you explain your desire or problem to us over the phone. We estimate the duration of the visit and provide you with an hourly rate. If that works for you, we schedule an appointment.
On the day of the visit, we come to your home, tour the rooms that need attention, and provide real-time advice and tips tailored to your needs. The advice can be verbal or in the form of freehand perspective sketches to help you visualize the ideas. After the visit, you settle the fee for the service.
If your project is simple and requires minimal work, that’s all you need! You’ll benefit from the advice of an interior architect at a modest rate. If your project involves more extensive work, we can connect you with trusted craftsmen to carry it out, without additional fees. For significant renovations, we can provide comprehensive support based on a quote.
You want to undertake renovations, but it’s challenging for you to assess future dimensions accurately, making it difficult for craftsmen to provide estimates. You need plans.
I am here to help! I come to your home, and we discuss your needs. I take measurements of your property and create plans for the existing layout, as well as the proposed project. I explore various design options to find what truly suits you. I then prepare a detailed plan with measurements and a description of the work required, allowing craftsmen to provide accurate quotes.
Finally, I will submit the necessary (and mandatory) permits to the town hall on your behalf: whether it’s a building permit or a preliminary declaration, such as for installing Velux windows.
You have a vision for your project, the architect has a different one, and each craftsman will have their own interpretation. How can you ensure successful renovations when everyone has their own idea of the outcome? How can you avoid the “Oh, I didn’t picture it that way”?
It’s often challenging to visualize. With 3D modeling, there are no more uncertainties. Modeling your project in three dimensions aligns everyone with the same vision. You validate the project in advance—layouts, colors, and more—providing everyone with a clear understanding of your desires, leading to successful renovations.
One does not simply improvise as a conductor; it requires knowledge and organization. Managing construction work means understanding the process and being prepared to oversee multiple contractors.
I offer my clients support from start to finish: creating the design file and then requesting quotes from my team of local craftsmen. Once everyone agrees on the financial plan, we set a timeline, and all you have to do is wait for the final result!
As an interior architect, I’m accustomed to this process. I have my teams, established procedures, and I can put myself in your shoes. By sketching it out, I’ve already constructed your project in my mind, and I know how things will unfold—there will certainly be complications! However, nothing is insurmountable when you’re experienced in managing renovations.
