Whether you are an individual or a professional, the intervention begins with listening to your needs and issues. During the visit, I will offer solutions in the form of oral advice, plans, and hand-drawn sketches. I will strive to answer all your questions. You will leave with the sketches made on site, which can serve you with the craftsmen. The goal is to give you a clearer view of your project!
Fixed travel rate between €120 and €180 excluding VAT/hour, depending on the geographical area.
Every project starts with a survey and a site plan. They serve as a working basis for layout research, from which several sketches emerge, usually between two and five 2D plans. You give your feedback on the sketches, and the selected project plans are finalized in 3D for a second selection.
Once everything is validated, I provide you with a PDF with the detailed plans and 3D views.
You then just need to forward it to the craftsmen for their estimates. Or follow the plans to do the work yourself if you’re DIY-ing it!
Got an image in mind? I’ll create it in 3D. Undecided on layouts or colors? I’ll test them in 3D. Can’t visualize it? I’ll show you the result with 3D!

I therefore offer my clients support from start to finish. Once the plans are validated, I request quotes from my team of craftsmen located in the relevant area. When everyone agrees on the financial aspect, we set the timeline, and all you have to do is wait for the final result.
Certain projects require permits and administrative documents. There are others, but here are the main ones:
• A work declaration is necessary for any project that modifies the exterior of your house or business.
• A building permit is mandatory for extensions exceeding 20m² and generally for any new construction project.
• Safety and accessibility notices must be established for each interior modification of a public establishment.
