Extension with a wooden addition of a vacation home in Cambremer. The house was extended lengthwise to create a new 18m² living room on the ground floor and a new bedroom under the eaves on the upper floor. We also moved the south-facing terrace to make the most of this charming vacation home.

The mission involved consulting the local urban plan (PLU) to explore expansion possibilities and designing the 2D plans. The house and its extension were then modeled in 3D to help the clients visualize. This allowed us to test different layouts and verify the viability of the bedroom under the roof slopes. Finally, the preliminary declaration was submitted to the town hall to authorize the work.
