Transformation of a house garage into a duplex for an investor from Caen. I was contacted by AS Immobilier, the company in charge of the work, to find a layout for this space. Three layout projects were modeled in 3D to allow the client to assess the viability of the whole.

Here is the selected project: the roof height allowed for the creation of a mezzanine to accommodate the sleeping area. The ground floor was dedicated to a living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. Behind the apartment is a laundry area with a shared washing machine for the duplex and the adjoining house. The old garage door was transformed into a bay window, which also serves as the entrance to the duplex. A skylight was also added upstairs to gain more light.
