Transformation of a F2 into a F3 for an Investor in Caen

Located on Rue Saint Laurent, this apartment is ideally situated for either Airbnb rental or student accommodation. Initially, the apartment was poorly designed and required a complete renovation. It originally had only one bedroom, and the general window layout made adding a second bedroom seem impossible—at least, that was the client’s belief before reaching out to me.

The transformation was a success: the F2 has been converted into a functional F3, with the addition of a second bedroom. This renovation significantly increased the property’s rental yield and overall value.

The entire project was visualized through 3D modeling, allowing the client to envision and appreciate the space after the transformation.
