Design and interior layout of a 300m² restaurant located at Place de la République in Caen. The project also included the renovation of two apartments located on the upper floors.

The restaurant is divided into several areas, including two bright spaces facing the outside. These areas cater to workers during lunchtime and attract a younger crowd in the evenings. One of these spaces is designed to accommodate groups or artists for themed events.

There is a family-friendly room with banquettes situated opposite a counter specifically designed for the establishment. Another room features a lounge-style bar. Additionally, there is an open pizzeria area connected to the main dining room. Finally, an inner courtyard provides a sunny spot for patrons during the day.

Unfortunately, the project did not proceed due to planned construction work at Place de la République, which would hinder parking and jeopardize the economic viability of the location for two years.
