Optimization of the living room for this shared apartment of an investor from Caen. Part of the existing room was transformed into a bedroom to convert this two-bedroom apartment into a three-bedroom one. The available common area is reduced to 17m².
I was contacted by AS Immobilier, the company in charge of the project. The goal was to optimize this space as best as possible. The 17m² now consists of an entrance, a living area, a kitchen, and a dining area. Five layout projects were presented to the client to help them make their choice. The entire project was modeled in 3D to facilitate this decision. The 3D model also allows for virtual testing of the practicality of the new layout.
