3D modeling of a luxury triplex in Charleroi, Belgium.

Thanks to the internet, we can collaborate even from two different corners of Europe.

The client, a property developer, commissioned us to create a 3D home staging model. The goal of the project is to help potential buyers visualize the space. We designed the triplex with a specific function for each floor.

The entrance to the triplex is through a secondary building, giving it a unique shape. We first arrive at an entryway with closets, then move into an initial living space. This area features an open kitchen with a high bar for hosting guests in the afternoon. The rest of the space flows into an elegant dining room with custom-built bookshelves.

Moving to the upper floor, we find a second, more private living area. This cozy lounge includes a piano and a relaxation space that also serves as a work area with a small office tucked into a corner. A central wall allows access from the ground floor to the second floor without disturbing those in the living room. This wall is highlighted on the sofa side with a custom, backlit TV unit that adds a touch of luxury and warmth. It’s also the ideal spot for the TV, as it avoids direct light and glare.

Finally, on the top floor, there are two spacious attic bedrooms, each with a dressing area.
