Exotic Design for a Shared Apartment on Saint Jean Street in Caen

This investment property project involved the renovation and furnishing of a two-bedroom apartment, which was transformed into a four-bedroom unit. A new room was added to the double living area to enhance the overall profitability of the property. Apart from creating this additional bedroom, the apartment was in good condition.

Mindae was responsible for designing the before-and-after plans, consulting with contractors, and using 3D modeling to test various color applications on the walls. The final design featured an exotic theme with jungle-patterned wallpaper and lagoon blue as the dominant color.

Additionally, Mindae managed the entire furnishing process: selection, purchase, delivery, assembly, and installation of all furniture and accessories, all covered by the interior architecture service provided by the bank.
