3D modeling of an atypical apartment in Charleroi, Belgium.
Thanks to the internet and effective communication, working together remotely is very convenient.
The client, a property developer, commissioned us to create a 3D home staging model. The goal is to help potential buyers visualize the space. We designed the apartment and simulated the sunlight according to its geographical positioning.
The building is ideally located and offers a view of a park. However, its shape is quite unusual. The living room is angled, making it challenging to furnish an atypical apartment like this. We opted for a long, open kitchen with a view of the park. In the corner of the room, near the balcony, we placed the living area. The position of the sofa in this direction provides the best view and is also the sunniest, making it the most pleasant spot. Finally, there was an additional space to furnish, now the current office area. With the rise of remote work, it was natural to set up an office here. We considered enclosing this section with a partition but found it more pleasant to keep it as a large, open, and bright space.
The rest of the apartment includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom and a child’s room, making it the perfect apartment for a young couple.
